I was extremely pissed when he didn't veto on the one years ago. But it wouldn't have mattered at the end of the day unfortunately.
I do remember him saying "I'll never allow such a bill like this ever pass again" though. I think it was the ominus bill for the wall if I remember correctly. It's this whole scenario all over again, where most of the funding wasn't even to the wall.. The wall was also barely mentioned as well in that ominus bill.. This is basically an exact repeat.

He won't, but if 2/3rd of the senate and house signs off for it.. Then they can override his veto.
And that's fine, then it's directly on them.
