$900,000,000,000 / 327,000,000 people = $2,752/pp

This is just a rough calculation though. Not sure how you could get to $20k per person. Still, $2,752 much better than $600. I read something that suggested that since this is an omnibus bill, that Trump can allocate the money anyway he see's fit after it’s passed and there’s not a damn thing congresses can do about it. Whether that’s true or not remains to be seen.

There are roughly 150 million taxpayers. So that would be roughly $6000 each. Much better than 600.

Good point.

I didn't save the number sadly. Someone did the math on this for the first relief bill as well. Would have probably been more impactful for most if they went that route as well.

Have a family business that was luckily able to stay open during all the lockdowns in Ohio. Fair ok, but know there were countless others that were not so fortunate.

A better calculation is based on 140 million households. So whether you live alone or have a family, 900 billion divided by 140 million = approx $6428.

If you divide the 3.6 TRILLION CARES Act its $25,000 per household 😳

Constitutionally speaking, Trump could sign it, declare a National Emergency, and then send $20,000 directly to each American Citizen (because he’s the executive and congress hasn’t passed a budget)

Even if the dems contest it on shaky Constitutional grounds, they would risk political suicide by doing so. Hell AOC and Bernie would have trouble objecting.

That would be the boldest move for him yet, other than arresting all of the commies who stole our election.

Honestly, we deserve $20,000 for having our lives ruined for an entire year for nothing.

You can link the video... half of us have no idea what you're talking about or where to find the video.

Well, I respect your request.I went back to my view of the original Rand Paul video, but it gave me a 404 error. OK, so I saw a reporter "on the scene" when a local restaurant owner showed up, and presented some facts. It was a great vid. The fact that it was a great vid may be the reason we, as patriots can't find it today.

Or we could stop printing money.

Each legal citizen of adult age gets 1=400oz bar of gold Broken up into multiple denominations. Use said money for whatever transactions you wish.

Let us work. Stop taxing us. UBI is socialism. So is “Stimulus”.

Different name same shit.

Every time it passes it devalues our currency and buying power.

It only devalues it currency in relation to other currencies. This mainly affects imports and actually helps exports.

Not saying we should print until the cows come home but deflating our currency is only bad if you want to buy cheap Chinese shit and can be done responsibly.

I don't love the fiat system but it is the hand we currently hold.
