I read something that suggested that since this is an omnibus bill, that Trump can allocate the money anyway he see's fit after it’s passed and there’s not a damn thing congresses can do about it. Whether that’s true or not remains to be seen.

There are roughly 150 million taxpayers. So that would be roughly $6000 each. Much better than 600.
