It's not the part that gets you clipped. It's the assembled product. That's why you used to be able to buy mod kits for Mini 14's and it was legal.

Only becomes a "problem" if you try to sell something that you assembled. As long as it is engraved with the required info, all is good. What he talks about in a second video is what is currently ongoing with Polymer80 and their 80% kits. However, shall not be infringed is law. What the ATF is doing is not.
