Congress itself would have to pass that law and therein lies the problem. One option would be to call a convention of the states.

Salaries needs to be dictated by executive for sure. Congress can dictate the Presidential salary, but the Congressional salary should be controlled by Executive.

Voting over 2/3rd to try to corner GEOTUS is not the same as defying his veto.
If he calls them out on this bullshit and then vetoes (not sure if they will let him pocket veto it so they don’t have to vote again) there will be some RINOs who will be wary to vote against Trump on it so it probably won’t get as many votes as it did originally.
That being said, they are, with few exceptions, all fucking CCP turds, so they might still override it.

There are almost 300 billion in forgiveable small business loans and they are extending unemployment as well. I don't agree with large portions of the bill, some of which are extremely unacceptable, as the Democrats held Americans livelihoods ransom to get all sorts of pork, but if we can get rid of a good bit of that it might be salvageable. Knowing the house I'm sure they'll find a new way to fuck us, they always do.
