And I'm sure there are folks out there saying "Oh well, its just ILLEGAL streaming, just keep your nose clean and you'll be find" BULLSHIT! copyright law has become one of the most overbearing and inconsistent regulations we deal with on a daily basis. Even ripping dvd's for a private plex server would make you a FELON overnight.

Yup already see the shills saying "oh but it'll only be commercial streaming" (while they're wife's boyfriend fucks them in the background). They also said the Patriot act wouldn't be used against US citizens.

Intentionally spreading AIDS is misdemeanor in CA but pirating Mickey Mouse is a Felony.

What is the big deal of “illegal streaming?” Aren’t you advocating stealing....confused.

Yeah, and look at the silence from the ACLU and EFF. Can't talk, too much cock in mouth.

The fuck is illegal streaming...!? Hasn’t it already been a felony...!?

Nothing. Unless you were hosting or distributing

No, you can be charged for illegally streaming videos, the fine is $750-$30,000. Uploading fine starts at $150,000.

This bill makes illegally streaming videos could land you in prison for up to 3 years assuming it is the lowest level of felony.

Are you talking about copyright movies or something? MLB/NFL?

You can "illegally stream" anything on tv, radio, ppv, etc. I dont think they all have the same fine.

Felony-creep seems like it'll be the silent killer. Can't own a fucking gun if you're a convicted felon! Online gambler?! Can't own a gun! Movie pirater?! Can't own a gun. Holy shit where will it end? Maybe so-called 2A Republicans like Tillis (who attached this dogshit rider) will wake up and decide to stop making this problem worse, but I doubt it.
