I would just like to point out that if Trump needs to invoke the insurrection act, the last thing his team is going to do is announce it on live TV ahead of time so all the enemies of the country can prepare.

This means less than nothing.

Alternatively, they could decline to comment on scenarios not dealing with the legal battle. Shit like this is confusing and bums people the fuck out. Anyone this close to Trump should know the last thing any of us want to hear is "muh next time".
