Texas filed that lawsuit to have grounds for secession once the dollar buckles and this horror show begins. They’ll take with them (God willing) almost all the oil producing states in the country along with a huge stockpile of nuclear weapons at Pantex in Carson County, TX that hopefully will be enough of a deterrent to keep the peace and independence. They can economically pressure the yanks to the negotiating table with an oil embargo until a peaceful resolution is reached.
