Not to mention that the Army already came out and said they're not touching it. No military involvement means no martial law. Trump better stop listening to these people, rediscover his balls and start firing and replacing a whole lot of people NOW or our January 6 is going to be completely irrelevant. It's all on him now and he doesn't have until January 6 or January 20.
To be specific, the Chief of Staff said he wouldn't support martial law. For him to directly disobey an order from POTUS, he'd better be damn sure it's upholding the Constitution (which I doubt). He needs to be fired yesterday and put some hawks in charge.
