Is Jen Ellis wrong in thinking Trump responding to a CNN article about an argument in the Oval regarding Martial Law, is the same thing about the Insurrection Act? Or did I miss a Trump tweet about Insurrection Act?

Martial Law is the Insurrection Act. The two are essentially the same thing. Martial Law is country wide where Insurrection can be focused to states/cities. But they are essentially the same thing.
