One side wants to call martial law and cement trump as a dictator, the other wants to show up in Washington DC armed to the teeth knowing full well its a felony and a huge mass of our supporters would lose there gun licenses, guns and be put out of the fight. Remember, once someone does something like using the insurrection act to claim a presidential race, it's a precedent that can be used again by opposing parties and there is no way to tell if they would do it with malicious intent. That is why it shouldn't happen, as the dems will use it for more then just the presidential race.
We need to let the process set by the constitution play out. If by Jan 20th Trump is not president, then formal militias will need to be formed state to state and real battle plans will be laid if required. Going at this like an emotional lefty will not win this fight. Revolutions don't happen in 45 days, they can happen but there needs to be leaders and organized militias to make that happen. We don't want to have a middle eastern style popular uprising, as they can happen in 45 days but are always replaced by something worse.
We have a slim chance of seeing a 2nd trump term, at least in Jan unless pence moves the electors meeting date or some how delays the process to allow these court battles to play out and right now even that would be slim with the last few legal outcomes. The American political system is failing, the latest spending bill and covid relief are opposed by both rep and dems alike and congress keeps showing its ugly face to the American people. There will be consequences from this but we have to be smart and strategic about this if Trump can not win this presidency.
The best solution for America is a 4 party system splitting the GOP and DNC, as both the GOP and DNC have become corrupted institutions that generally don't represent there voters. Trump winning doesn't fix the congress issue as seen with these pork bills, we need more representatives and viewpoints in congress to keep things checked and balanced. 4 parties would allow more viewpoint representation, less corruption and more candidates to the national and local elections. Just having a patriot party will doom us with not enough votes to win anything unless the DNC also gets its own purist party likely socialist. Civil War is terrible and should be avoided at ALL costs, but may be required.
