Organise a group of people like they did in Oregon, Show up for a peaceful protest and block all the doors to the state house and insist you get let in.
Better yet way too people are inside before you start protesting, See if they try and forcibly remove people from the building. Walk the halls with the flags and chants.
If nothing else Oregon showed that the police will do nothing but try and get in your way. We vastly outnumber them.
