Members of Congress have not read this bill. It’s over 5000 pages, arrived at 2pm today, and we are told to expect a vote on it in 2 hours.
We need to have a special recall election/trial sometime this year. Go through them one by one and decide whether we keep them or they are replaced.
First fix the election system. That is easier than they want you to believe. Each vote is numbered. Everybody gets a copy of their vote. They can compare their copy with the final recorded vote and get a copy of all the recorded votes . There is a public list of verified voters. To be a verified voter one thing you have to do is verify 2 other voters on the list by email and make sure that they are a real live person.
That is ludicrous. Im an extremely proficient and quick reader and theres no way in hell you could slog through that in 2 to 3 hours. Maybe if you were extremely gifted. Other than that, like most of us no way. So we have govt officials voting on things and deciding for us based on no actual information.
If you follow congress you see the same thing happening all the time.
Its a scandal.
