I truly think people on this sight need to stop JUST being fans of Trump and actually learn how our government works!! .... Trump can not veto the bill the Senate has enough votes to override his veto .... People, we need to know what's going on in our power structure... People are starting to pay attention but this is far far bigger than just Trump and people need to start realizing that and acting accordingly.... Trump opened people's eyes! Now it's time to make sure people keep them open.... This gathering on the 6th should be about more than just keeping Trump in office... It should be about bringing back the American way and holding all these politicians accountable for the things they're doing!!! We can still win even if Trump doesn't overcome this.... I'm afraid this is all going to lead to Trump not getting in office and everyone giving up and going home and stop paying attention to what the politicians are doing!! America has woke the fuck up and it's pissed ... We can NOT allow it to fall back asleep!!!
We know this. If the Senate cucks out after a Trump veto, that only sheds more light on the corrupt uniparty at work in D.C.
I mean I guess he could do it for appearance... But if he successfully stalled this bill millions of people collecting UI (of which I know a few who are really close to me) would no longer have ANY income when they are already getting half what their factory that closed paid them.... Then when they start getting evicted and starving to death who do you think they will blame?? Just when he needs their support the most.... Government has passed a ton of shitty bills like this people are just now paying attention.... But right now is not the time to cut people off from money they need to survive...
