Agreed. Settlers built America out of nothing, without aid and under most harsh conditions (hint: there is no freezing to death in Africa), yet - they can't be propelled to the next level even with billions and billions of $ and equipment for free. Why?

Foreign aid is a scam so 99% goes to the big guys. Don’t be fooled that this aid is supposed to help anyone who truly needs it. The countries are a cover story to guilt the public and make them feel virtuous about the theft.
