That’s a pretty oversimplification of what he said. In the debate of can versus should, he argues that the EC is the only way Republicans win. It’s the only way Trump won. Not nuking the EC is the long game is what he’s saying. Agree or not, the doomerfag “there won’t be a next time if” stuff is tired.
He said what shouldn’t have happened is the certification by the states, and that we have to get rid of the SOSs and governors who rolled over.
And that he’s going to campaign for the 30+ GOP-controlled states to pass strict voting laws.
Agree or not, he has his reasons, and it’s not some shrugging off the topic.
Paul is good. In a few cases he compromises but usually when the good overwhelmingly outweighs the bad.
