Isn't it amazing how this election has evolved from an important election to a battle between good and evil of biblical proportians?
I'm just worried this will turn into one of those things where you read about it in 20 years, and it's like "Well Oops, guess there was a ton of fraud, but oh well."
It’s never going under the radar like that. There’s no moving past it. The credibility of the government, among ordinary people, will be gone forever if the stealing of the election is not stopped.
They are so convinced the corrupt system is invincible, and protected from the will of the voters, that they have passed this horrendous aid bill.
They would go even more nuts with Pedo Joe in the White House.
That’s why Trump has to pull out all the stops. The American nation will begin its true death spiral, if the fraud is allowed to stand. The Supreme Court has already destroyed its credibility.

I've got to tell you - I just started daily prayers a couple weeks ago and they always seem limited and amateurish, but those words you wrote are quite an inspiring prayer!
That's great that you've picked up prayer...the next step would be to try reading a book from the Bible. Matthew would be a great start. Speaking of Matthew, Christ gives recommendation on how to pray!

I agree about not making a public display of what should be a personal relationship with God (though I'm only half believing at this point, and sort of pretending in a way, to be honest), but I have to say, though, that on the way to the Valdosta, GA Trump rally a couple weeks ago I stopped to eat at an Arby's somewhere in the Florida panhandle and watched this older couple sit down and hold hands for a quick prayer before eating. It was a really moving sight and I thought about going over to tell them that when I'd finished eating, but didn't. I wish I had. Anyway, I agree about not being ostentatious about prayer, but just wanted to mention that scene that I'd forgotten. I wonder if that (along with making a new friend who prays) subconsciously turned me in that direction.

Always wondered why our Protestant brothers and sisters skim over these two issues: 1) Last supper, the literal meaning of "eat my body, drink my blood"...a very difficult saying, but there is no correction, no spin "just a metaphor"...many followers had trouble with this and left.

I used to be an atheist up till august. And then I found that the latter part of the saying seriously wasn't cutting it.... while at the same time I kept ranning into people by 'accident' who were Christians and understood my problem.

Now that I think back, almost everything was in place for me to be a proper Christian even 15 years back.
The only thing truly keeping me back was my misunderstanding of what Christ and the Holy Spirit add.
Honestly, I know this may sound weird, but it wasn't until I understood the holy trinity that I became a Christian. I think that most people either jump onto the hope or are raised into it... I was lucky, because I ran into the limits of what man can do... and then was shown what God can do for those of us who are of righteous heart.
We have an ally in God, Jesus.. that wil defy the world, in every sense of the word. What we need is not faith in them; but faith in ourselves; faith that has been bestowed upon us by the almighty, ultimate justice.
If we fail to achieve this justice, it will be handed out by someone far, far lesser inclined to mercy than we are. And that is why I pray for mercy, or all of humankind.

I see here it's alright to be a Christian here, but I see way more prayer posts uptrumped than general christian encouragement posts. It's understandable, I know why. But that's not how it works, you can't ask for help from someone when you ignore them whole time until you need him.
I get it, we want all the help we can get with as little effort as possible. We've got our lives, time is short, were busy. But He's the creator, God of the universe, reality, time and history, he's the source of all power and good. He's the God of love and... also of Justice.
Prayer changes things and helps, but prayer comes after faith and doesn't work without it.
