I would prefer a COVID stimulus bill that seizes all income received during the period of a lockdown, by any legislator, congressman, city councilman, governor, president, or mayor in that jurisdiction. That seized sum would then be distributed to any private citizen who is deprived of employment, in part or in whole, as a result of the lockdown.

IF this could come to fruition, it's a risky, high-risk/high-reward idea.

The problem is you're going to turn the entire event into a literal power-keg. If anyone has even as much as a mild disagreement - it can turn into Gettysburg instantly.

The benefit is that you create a MASSIVE protest that could be doubly, triply as effective.

Mitigation: There would need to be organization-wide consensus that this would happen, that people would understand that these types of "alternative protestors" would be arriving. This communication would need to be clear as day so that people don't fly off and incite unnecessary violence at the drop of a hat.

The idea is to use the game that they're playing against them. Tap into the general malaise that everyone has with the bullshit bill, bring everyone to DC on Jan 6th, and bring the house down, so to speak.

I like the idea of getting the normies out, but it will dilute the pro trump, steal stopping message. Would be very easy to bill it as just a protest against covid relief giveaways.

People don't need a few thousand dollars, they need to get back to work. Offer a tax incentive for next FY? Sure.
