I made the mistake of driving near where one of these food box handout things was going on and the traffic jam was incredible, took me half an hour to move half a mile to get past it. My office is in a ghetto area where lots of section 8 crackheads live, and every time they have these food box handouts, crackheads go up and down the street trying to sell people the boxes of produce for $10 - and they wheel entire handtruck loads of these boxes into the public school on the corner and sell the whole load to teachers / admins, because they always wheel the handtrucks out of the school empty. What a bunch of bullshit.
My Mom Helps out with the the Saint Vincent De Paul Food-bank at her church, and she said 75% of these people showing up to get boxes and boxes of free food are driving up in new modern cars, have the latest & greatest Iphones, brand new hair weaves, etc. etc. etc.
The grand majority are worthless fucks that are professional parasites that hit every food bank in town and then turn around and sell the food, or stuff their own cubards so they can spend the money they would normally allocate to groceries on weaves, manicures, phones, car payment, etc...

They're basically illegal immigrant and drug user feeding troughs. These people already get more than adequate government aid, but they use this free food so that they can use the government cash for luxury items.

I live in a small town, rural area. I can see the benefit of these food banks and they are not misused in my area. The negative I see is that people aren't using the whole box, especially the 'staples' that need cooked at home (dried beans/lentils, rice). They'll eat mostly the meat and cereal. Off topic, but, our food stamp system needs a major overhaul, along with the welfare program.
Food banks and charities like this are a professional business for these Parasites. Instead of paying for their own groceries, they hit every food bank in town and then turn around and sell the food or stuff their fridges full so they don't have to pay for their own groceries. Many of these food banks & charities will also pay their utility bills.
They then spend the money they save on buying food on hair weaves, IPhones, manicures, new car payments etc..
Only about 25% of the people that go to these are actually in dire need.. For the other 75%, scamming the system & charities is a full time job.

7 out of 10 of those cars are worth over 12k. If you have a 12k car and are going to the food bank, your priorities are fucked

A 2005 camry isn't a 12k car. Can definitely get a 4-5k car. I've seen these lines all year. Lots of people with 20-30k cars. It's fucked
