Instead of paying for their own groceries, they hit every food bank in town and then turn around and sell the food or stuff their fridges full so they don't have to pay for their own groceries. Many of these food banks & charities will also pay their utility bills.
They then spend the money they save on buying food on hair weaves, IPhones, manicures, new car payments etc..
Only about 25% of the people that go to these are actually in dire need.. For the other 75%, scamming the system & charities is a full time job.
