Trump should absolutely veto despite the overwhelming majority of votes. Yes, they will override it, but at least that debt is not on his shoulders, and he can say it wasn't enough direct assistance to people, too much pork, etc.

Put it back on to congress and MAKE them own it. Who knows maybe public opinion will change enough to make them get a real bill and take out all the crap in it. Fat chance, but at least they won't then have an excuse they HAD to pass it without reading it first.
