Was stopped by a MD state troop for a "tail light out" and the trooper demanded to see my negative covid test dated less than 72hrs from me being stopped. Told him I didn't have a test, he said I could be arrested and sent to jail for 1yr but he was going to be "nice" and write me a fine.
