VA is open, limited capacity...for now.
There is a 12a to 5a curfew in VA, state police are writting tickets between those hours for violating the curfew, even for out of staters. I have been helping a buddy fix up his house in VA and was heading home at 1a, got a ticket, with "fine to be determined" written on it. DO NOT LET THAT DETER YOU, I just want to let ya'll know what BS is going down in VA. MD has some ass-nine covid regs too, got a $500 fine there as well for not having my "covid papers"
