Normal people cannot comprehend socialism...

I'm finding this to be more and more true every day with all the pathetic excuses people come up with to give up or not speak out.

Their ideology is rooted on the principle that there is no such thing as objective truth.

Consequences:

  • you are guilty under law, even when you are not, suspicion means guilt (asymptomatic covid bs)
  • there are no priorities, no hierarchies

Which is why Ayn Rand labelled Immanuel Kant, not Marx, the root of all this evil. Because he, in ‘Critique of Pure Reason’, managed to convince all the faggots of the world that reason and objective truth don’t exist.

And I thought the West had defeated this sort of sophistic bullshit way back in Ancient Greece.

Hemlock. And he took it. His friends offered to spring him and he refused.

If you never have: Read Apology of Socrates.

WU_HAN_FRU 17 points ago +17 / -0

We never allowed the sophistic, solipsistic bullshit mongers to take control of society until relatively recently.

convince all the faggots of the world that reason and objective truth don't exist.

This is so true, anon.

One of the greatest crimes ever committed against humanity.

It is antithetical to everything taught by Jesus Christ, Socrates, Aristotle, and every other hero of classical Western Culture.

There is only ONE truth.

The idea that truth is relative is EVIL. ("Your truth is not my truth....")

This concept is used to justify evil behavior. (pedophilia, trafficking, genocide, etc.)

Trump's EO yesterday mandating classical architecture for all federal buildings cannot be understated. The influence Kant's philosophy had over the arts and architecture is what has directly led to the downfall of the West over the past 100 years.

Kant's idea must be defeated. It is the root of all of this evil.

AngryBrit2 7 points ago +8 / -1

What idea of Kant's? Kant wasn't a relativist.

She had always been criticized for her flat and unbelievable characters.

I used to think this was true, and I still do to some extent for her protagonists.

What had blown me away this year is how spot on her villains were. This makes sense because she grew up in the USSR, which was decades ahead of where we are now in going down this road.

I just couldn't believe that the combination of evil and stupid she portrayed could exist. I had to see it myself.

Funny, being that the conceptual distinction of "objective" and "subjective" as used today is a Kantian invention and Kant even believed in an objective deontological moral truth.

I don't feel this is fair to Kant.

Keep in mind, he was alive at a time when Enlightenment rationality was demolishing faith in God. Kant righteously opposed what was happening and understood that the world of fact and the world of value/symbol needed to be separated.

Yes, you can look at the disposition of phenomena and noumena as early postmodernism (but keep in mind that postmodernism is largely founded on true observation - it's where the post-structuralist faggots ally these true observations with Marxism that the filth starts spewing. But this isn't to say that the postmodern grandfathers and their axioms are to blame. Foucault, Derrida, etc took valid observation down a terrible, spiteful road).

Kant was able to formulate a philosophy that somewhat reconciled reason and faith & spawned an incredible branch of Christian philosophy that stood for a while as the only bastion against complete rational nihilism and/or commie slavery (see Kierkegaard vs. Hegel).

So you... Kant believe what he's saying?

No, the liquor store is for robbing. You want a fast getaway car for that one.

8
tdwinner2020 8 points ago +8 / -0

Wrong. It's based on the principle that the only truth is what the Party says it is, that objectivity is what the Party says it is.

The real truth is that it is impossible for humans to be 100% objective, and that's OK. We have to accept some uncertainty because that is the nature of Nature. But the Party wouldn't have that. To the Party there is 100% certainty: that of the politburo and the secretary general.

My cousin who is sitting there with a laptop, Netflix, food in the fridge, is like "I don't care if socialism comes because Drumpf bad."

36
ChuckedBeef 36 points ago +36 / -0

The kind of apathy only made possible by a wealthy and free country. It's just incredible that people can not see that.

BuyPepe 20 points ago +21 / -1

I legit think that the wanna be socialists just really hate the idea of taking risks or working hard to amass a financial stable life. I think they are so detached and entitled, that they see all the “rich” people on social media and demand that lifestyle, thinking the government is just not giving it to them for whatever reason.

My relatives and friends in Russia are petrified at what's happening in the US right now.

20
Gesirisi 20 points ago +20 / -0

My Landlord came here from eastern Europe, I forget the country, back in the 80's. He came to escape socialism. He came to the USA and became a millionaire within a few years. He says back then it was so much easier to make money, he has watched how the country has changed. I was explaining to him about the election fraud and when I told him about Anderson Deal he immediately believed it was murder, and said that was the kind of things that would happen in his country and were the reasons he fled. I invited him to this site but I don't think he came. He gave me a Trump hat though.

4
NotQuiteHuman 4 points ago +4 / -0

Your landlord is awesome and you should invite him to the Wild Rally.

conservativeyuppie 12 points ago +12 / -0

I hope your cousin appreciates that food while it lasts, because that fridge will be a decoration if people don't start taking this shit seriously.

7
mathman 7 points ago +7 / -0

The Overlords almost managed to impose food rationing back in April. I could see it happening, but Trump's refusal to panic kept them away from our food for now.

3
shadows_of_the_mind 3 points ago +3 / -0

This is the apathetic attitude of many in our generation sadly

2
Gesirisi 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah and the strange thing is he knows about the great reset, he is a real intelligent guy in general. I think he's just apathetic and doesn't think Trump is the answer, either. He thinks Biden or Trump, it doesn't matter.

6
Jeans 6 points ago +6 / -0

Maybe in a way he's right. The people have to reject this bullshit, or we are headed there one way or another. What's scarier is I think the people did reject Biden in big numbers, I believe because they were afraid of his stance of lock downs, embrace of SJW nonsense and hostility toward energy, and yet here we are.

Fn Kamela flat out said that equality isn't enough that we have to ensure outcomes and she might be POTUS soon. That statement should be dis qualifying yet here we are.

laptop, Netflix, food in the fridge

Now see what happens if supply chains are disrupted by civil war.

No laptop, maybe netflix, no food in the fridge.

Def. no toilet paper

Democrat Pseudo-intellectual: "MAGA morons don't know the difference between socialism and communism. USSR was communist, we want to be like Sweden."

No, Sweden is a capitalist country with a large (way, way too large) social safety net.

A communist country has never existed. Remember, Communism is the goal, Socialism is the means. The USSR was Socialist. Cuba is Socialist. Venezuela is Socialist. China was and still is Socialist.

The uniparty is trying to drive us to Chinese style neo-fascist socialism, NOT Sweden.

15
RussianAgent13 15 points ago +15 / -0

Playing the Capitalism vs Communism vs Socialism word game in the first place is a Marxist tactic. :)

  • There is no such thing as "pure socialism" or "pure capitalism".

  • Communism isn't an economic system. It's a synonym for Totalitarianism.

  • Capitalism is the only economic system that exists in a free society.

No. In communist theory, upon realization of true communism, the State will naturally evaporate. (It has never happened.)

SecondFlamingo22 -2 points ago +1 / -3

Communism isn't an economic system. It's a synonym for Totalitarianism

This is why I tell people I have no issue with the principles of socialism, but rather the enforcement of it at a federal level. I'm actually fairly leftist when it comes to local politics where I have a stronger degree of representation and community is like minded so I don't have to worry about it going towards a giant welfare system. Im happy to vote in favor of using LOCAL taxes for a community greenway that I do not have the resources to build on my own. Trying to play that game at the federal/state level is impossible.

Weero 3 points ago +3 / -0

And when people have more money to go around, they are more generous with that money, giving to charities and such. That's the kind of generosity that has always existed, but will go away if the commie bastards get their way.

10
fbeeee 10 points ago +10 / -0

And if you were to ask someone, even a die-hard commie, from one of those countries during the height of the USSR, they would've told you that their country was a socialist country, not communist.

Sweden

I may be wrong, but isn't sweden super homogenous too? Like, that kinda helps, as much as people want to deny it. Generally similar people from generally similar backgrounds...

I'm not saying we should aim for segregation, but integration does introduce more dissimilarity

conservativeyuppie 2 points ago +2 / -0

For now.

3
shaven_llama 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yea, culturally, sloth has been looked down upon in Nordic culture, which is a big help in maintaining their social spending (abuse is kept down). The massive influx of middle eastern refugees is changing that.

1
christianknight 1 point ago +2 / -1

there are always inter groups that can be exploited. barring racial, the socialists go after classes and gender.

1
NotQuiteHuman 1 point ago +1 / -0

They went for fostering racial disharmony in America because we lacked a rigid class structure.

Thank you. Most people don’t get this - communism is the final stage where the world is unified under this ridiculous ideology. Socialism is the “middle stage”. It makes it very interesting that globalists are suddenly cozy with communists and radical Muslims - both which have an end stage involving “world domination”

That's why something really big needs to happen. Pinochet big. The communists are within our government now too and should be ousted either through impeachment, imprisonment, or execution.
