Why do I get the feeling that this sneaky bill is the Dems way of trying to BRIBE Pence, Pompeo, etc. into stabbing Trump in the back?

It's definitely not a coincident that they have crafted this bill so that certain persons close to Trump are supposed to receive HUGE amount of tax payer money!
