150 million taxpayers * $1200 stimulus = $180 billion
If this stimulus was strictly for COVID-19 relief it should not be more that $200 billion given the amount of the checks.

Other than that, I don't know why you'd need a 5000 page bill to allocation $600 to each citizen. Sounds like it should be about 1 page max to me. What's in the other 4999 pages?

Anyway, the fact that any bill is 5000 pages is insane. It should literally just be we're taking money from x and giving it to this list of people. Done. It's all bullshit to make sure that no one reads it. You'd need a large team of lawyers to sit down and split it up and figure out what's in it.
