He had gastric bypass surgery several years ago, which for nearly everyone who has that, results in massive weight loss due to the size of the stomach being reduced so dramatically it becomes painful to put too much food into yourself. Somehow, this asshole put on more fat after his surgery.

I actually don’t understand how people get that fat and seemingly have no problem with it. I start to feel like trash if I venture too far out of my range by even 15lbs.
Just being that fat means you would lose weight without exercising or dieting - just eating a normal calorie intake every day - carrying all that excess weight burns thousands of calories every day, just existing. So he had to have the surgery because he's so entirely lacking in any self control he continued to eat triple or quadruple the normal intake of calories to stay that fat, and continued eating more than double or triple the normal caloric intake even after having the size of his stomach reduced to about a quarter or less of its normal size, which would be severely painful (forcing quadruple a normal amount of food into a stomach one quarter its normal size). He is an absolute total asshole, no one likes him, idk wtf he thinks he's got any political career ahead of him.
