Literally none of that is true. There is no fluoride in Prozac. There is fluorine, but it’s covalently bonded to a carbon so it won’t form the fluorine ion. Rat poison is classically warfarin, a blood thinner, so there’s not even a fluorine atom in that. I’m sure you could dig up some arcane rat poison with a fluorine in it, but again, it will be covalently bound.

You think everything with a fluorine atom is a mind control device. Next you’ll be saying everything with a hydrogen atom (everything) is a nuclear bomb. Or how about this one:

“cyanide has a c-n bond. You know what else has a C-N bond? Superglue! They are literally poisoning your superglue!!!!”
