In the new understanding it can be foreign born US citizens who were US citizens at birth because one or both parents was a US citizen.
There's been some official clarification since 2011. This would qualify both Heels-Up and Ted Cruz to be president. This is basically a non-issue. Kamala shouldn't be allowed because she's a fucking traitor to the American people through her actions.
