The whole point of passing this Bill now is to make Trump sign it, and thus show that he is incapable of cleaning out the swamp to his supporters. OR veto it (they have veto proof support) and paint the picture that he doesn’t want to help the American people. This has been carefully choreographed to happen just before Christmas.
Any idea on when he has to sign or veto?
He could just pocket veto and let the bill 'time out' after 10 days.
Does that mean the legislature has to re-vote or does it go back to them as a “veto” they can overturn?
