I don't think the hard part is destroying/removing traitors. The difficulty, in my opinion, is in know how and with whom to fill the voids actions like this would create.
Explore with me for a moment - say a large group of us goes in and removes 20 traitorous senators, 100 traitorous congressmen, and 50 government department heads.
