A text search of the 5,593 page document shows there are 155 words with Belarus found. The specific text "10 "(18) On August 9,2020, the government of Belarus" appears on page 5,045 of the full PDF and page number 2578 using the page numbers in the text of the PDF.
This is amazing that the USA fraudulent elections plagued by COVID19 has details of the Belarus Fraudulent elections. The text that describes their lack of free and fair elections is a text book example of what Americans should be given. Truly amazing that we Americans are treated like this. I am so angered by the bad bill being pushed through our government lack luster leaders. Jan 6th is only part of the stand. We need to be standing up for our rights Jan 4th, 5th and 6th with daily protests.
The COVID relief is only a small part of a larger bill called the "Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021".
