If nothing has happened by this point, I think it will be clear that nothing is going to happen. When New Years arrives, Trump needs to give a national address threatening to form a new party and check names for membership if this is not addressed. And he needs to say it to the nation that he and his 75 million supporters will take back their government under a new banner -- and start giving out the new banners in advance of the Jan 6 rally. Taking their toy away -- the rino party -- is the only thing that will get their attention. No rino party gets rid of the democrats too...nobody to be in cahoots with to hoodwink the people = being accountable to your electorate = no more skim. Game/Set/Match.
