I'm not so sure about this. Everyone speculating has just been guessing. There is no real evidence. I'm not sure Trump would wait until Pence votes on the 6th to enact his plan (whatever that plan actually is) but it looks like that's what's happening. It's more likely Pence voting for the right electors is the real plan.
