I think it imperative we figure out which depts and which counties do and do not support the constitution. In NYC the NYPD refused to enforce any and all Covid restrictions, including masks, gatherings or business closures. Because of this, The governor uses the state Liquor authority The health dept and NYC sheriffs. Up until this year the sheriffs only did illegal evictions, collecting money for the courts or serving papers. They are basically the enforcement end of the court system. They have never been involved in criminal complaints. The only good news is that their numbers are small and they are very bad at enforcing these “laws” making it easier to fight in court. My point is if a county or a dept. is on our side we need them to weed out the ones that aren’t. My sisters owns a small business in NYC and the NYPD not only tell her what pieces of ahit the sheriffs are but they and their families are still attending while she pretends she’s closed.
