Pence should run them through the Dominion machines that are plugged into the internet and then not allow anyone to review them. Then if that's not enough, he can find a suitcase of votes under the table and run those through too. Of course all the ballot watchers will be sent home or be forced to watch from afar while he's counting. Sudden vote spikes in the middle of the night are to be expected; that's just what happens when states mail in their electoral votes. Then he can assure us multiple times that there were no irregularities and then go ahead and certify the count. Then when the Democrats challenge because Trump received more votes for some states than those states' electoral vote totals, because some of the votes didn't have the states' or electors' names, or because some votes were run through a few times, the Democrats can challenge in court. The court will dismiss the case because it's too late to challenge anything (i.e. laches) or because there's not enough evidence that there was enough funny business to change the count.
