It should be mandatory that the name of the person that insisted on including each of those items is footnoted on the bill. If it isn’t a direct payment to American CITIZENS that had their livelihoods destroyed by those tyrannical restrictions put in place by heartless governors and mayors, it should NOT be in this bill. I wrote to President Trump and asked him to veto this Ridiculous Bullshit. Congress is either clueless or they are wanting 1776 to commence again.
