Degree is in exercise science with a minor in history. I am 5 classes into a master's in cyber security. Not the best paper resume but at the same time fuck that, 65% of Americans don't have a bachelor's. I'm pretty sure I'm not even getting fucking looks anymore even for places like the local storage warehouse. Please, for the love of God, someone tell me all the IT jobs are being filled by dot Indians and everything else is being filled with.... people that do not have the same paper qualifications that I do. I know it's fucking true. At this point, after 11 fucking months, I have absolutely no doubt I would have a job if I was black. Anyone else in this boat?

It's all fuck up...we are all just Americans who want to be paid fairly. Fact, Black Americans been feeling this pain for a long time. You see a white uneducated convict is hired before a college educated Black citizen with no criminal record. Just another day in America.
Sorry but 2020 has left me not believing a single thing about the oppression of minority groups on any mass scale post 1970. Pretty much happened to a handful of people then was extrapolated to the nth degree. Even if it did, I couldn't care less anymore. The people who were my age when the first affirmative action laws were passed are all retired. I was born in 1990 and had no problem sacrificing a little to people that grew up with less but 2020 made it obvious, they'll just take it and demand more next time. In reality, what you suggested probably never happened as university degrees are far more common among minorities today but the CEO of Wells Fargo is still saying things like this and I really doubt he's a racist in terms of KKK go burn down a church not bullshit everything is racist lefty talk
