I'm going to hurt some feelings with this post, but I'm sick and tired of hearing people say they can't go on January 6th because they've got a family or kids. Guess what, we all have families. I've got a 13 year old son and I don't want him to endure the devastation 4-8 years of a Xi Jinping administration would do to the his job market and his freedoms.
if we don't do this thing now what kind of future are we leaving our children and what kind of example are we leaving them?
This is one of the reasons Americans always have lower turnout for protests than other countries. Family values are lost, we kick our kids out on the street at 18 and tell them tough luck. And we wonder why we are all subserviant to the government and the banks.
If we cant even keep the family together, why would we care about our kids environment? To quote the classic boomer line "they have it easy".
