Can Mike Pence count whichever he wants arbitrarily? That is, can he fully decide the election, for a Trump win?
If so, do you think he would or do you think he would respect the original vote?
If not, what can he do? Is there a chance outside of courts?

Do not worry...Pence is NOT going to decide the Election. POTUS would NOT allow this charade to hang on something as untrustworthy as this Vote. Think about it: he KNOWS our Country is at risk.
