"Structural racism", if it ever existed at all has not been a thing since the Civil Rights Movement of the 60s. Blacks are not "systemically" discriminated against. Period. They just want any excuse to be protected and treated specially.
This country was never "built on slavery". By and large most Americans, even in the South couldn't afford slaves. They were still expensive to keep in good enough health to work, feed and house. So spare me the crying about muh slavery.
