Collect your tax money and pay it yourself once instead of having it taken from every paycheck for them; then draw out the paying process as long as leaglly possible with all the extensions you can get away with filing. You need to be able to keep enough to actually pay them in an account when you eventually need to, but they have to basically accept any payment plan so start paying the absolute minimum at that point. Basically make it cost as much as possible to collect your money as well.
If 80m working people did that starting next month, in june of 2022 they will be struggling, hard.

More like three days. Supermarkets have to be constantly resupplied. A single storm and most shelves are emptied in a matter of hours. Cities cannot sustain themselves without the steady flow of food and materials.
Yup. The masses in cities can run through a grocery store in 30 minutes. If shit really hit the fan, they would be emptied in a day or less IMO.
If shtf the locals wouldn’t even bother paying. It would be empty of most prepared food within 20-30 minutes of the first people loading up a cart and running out. 2-3 hours for all the prepared/packaged food, electronics, ‘beauty’ products. What would be left is tools, work clothes, baking ingredients and books. That would last a day or two max before the store was either burned down or completely cleaned out.
