That could come in handy.

24 hrs later they find a way to circumvent this EO and then Sean Davis has amnesia about this

This would signal that the whole “Gina Haspel got shot and flipped” scenario is likely untrue. This is to directly side step that bitch, which wouldn’t be necessary if she was cooperating.

Correct. It didn’t really pass the smell test that for a scenario like that, the “big baddie” would be alllll the way over in Germany personally overlooking the server.

On the other hand, has she been seen in public yet?

  • I think Pompeo is absolutely incredible and he’s one of the few people that I trust. He gave a speech to the National Governors Association on February 8, 2020 basically informing them that he knows many of them have been working with China. He flat out told them and warned them. Kemp, Whitmer, Wolf…all working with the CCP, taking illicit money, all to sell out our country to the CCP. https://youtu.be/g1BbswU3i10

  • On November 12, 2020 Secretary of State Mike Pompeo would not have made such a strong statement about GEOTUS returning for a second term if he was not 100% confident that we have them dead to rights. We’re ready. The world is watching. https://i.maga.host/YBGkVxI.png https://youtu.be/KAQHXf60uRo

  • On November 18, 2020, there was a SOCOM reporting structure change. "I have directed the Special Operations civilian leadership to report directly to me instead of through current bureaucratic channels," Miller said. "This historic step finalizes what Congress has authorized and directed, and will put Special Operations Command on par with the military services for the first time." https://archive.is/QTksB

  • On November 23, 2020, the United States formally exited the Open Skies Treaty.

“The Trump administration formally withdrew from the 34-nation Open Skies Treaty on November 22 after serving the obligatory six-months’ notice to do so in May this year. The treaty, which came to force in 2002, allows signatories to conduct reconnaissance flights over the territories of others on 72-hours notice in order to gather information about the military preparedness and other activities, effectively serving as a confidence-building measure. While not an arms control treaty by itself – its terms do not impose caps on weapons themselves – it serves to support verification of arms control agreements such as the Chemical Weapons Convention, among others.” https://archive.is/i2f43

  • On November 27, 2020, the regulations were amended to add hanging and firing squad to federal executions. That amendment goes into effect on December 24, 2020. https://archive.is/dTnqE It’s likely coincidental that on December 10, 2020 POTUS issued an EO closing Executive departments on the December 24, 2020(see below). Again, if you’re the POTUS and about to exit the WH why are you updating federal execution methods and rapidly executing federal prisoners before your term ends? Who says to themselves, “Before I wrap up as president, I better make it easier to execute people and I also better hurry up and restart and execute these people on my way out?” https://archive.is/Yl3q5

  • On December 6, 2020 DNI Ratcliffe said in response to a Biden transition question, “Well, these election issues — we’ll see who is in what seats and whether there is a Biden administration.” I REALLY don’t think the Director of National Intelligence would make a statement like this unless he knows something with certainty. Let’s not forget that Ratcliffe basically has every piece of intelligence at his fingertips. https://archive.is/5vuyL

  • On December 7, 2020, an EO was issued on, “Governance and Integration of Federal Mission Resilience.” https://archive.is/QczUB

To achieve this policy, in conjunction with this order, I am signing the Federal Mission Resilience Strategy (Strategy), which should be implemented to increase the resilience of the executive branch. Implementing the Strategy will reduce the current reliance on reactive relocation of personnel and enhance a proactive posture that minimizes disruption, distributes risk to the performance of NEFs, and maximizes the cost-effectiveness of actions that ensure continuity of operations, continuity of government, and enduring constitutional government.

  • On December 10, 2020, an EO was issued on, “Providing an Order of Succession within the Department of Defense.” https://archive.is/eescf

  • On December 11, 2020, an EO was issued on, “Providing for the Closing of Executive Departments and Agencies of the Federal Government on December 24, 2020.” https://archive.is/tUC4I

The heads of executive departments and agencies may determine that certain offices and installations of their organizations, or parts thereof, must remain open and that certain employees must report for duty on December 24, 2020, for reasons of national security, defense, or other public need.

  • On December 13, 2020 DNI Ratcliffe accompanied POTUS to the Army/Navy football game along with all of the top leaders in the DoD. “Thunderous "USA! USA! USA!" chants break out as President Donald Trump arrives for the Army/Navy game.” https://archive.is/sGumP

It’s become clear that POTUS has created a circle around him of loyal people starting with the DNI and extending into the DoD. In short, DJT has the full force of the military at his command as well as all intelligence. If you were POTUS what would you do with that considering the situation?

  • On December 18, 2020, Acting Secretary of Defense, Chris Miller, put a halt to all transition briefings. https://archive.is/YmoYW

  • On December 18, 2020, an executive order was issued titled, “Memorandum on the Attorney General’s Authority to Use Classified Information in Connection with Review of Intelligence Activities.” In short, this gives John Durham the authority to present classified information to a grand jury investigating the Russian collusion hoax. Previous DOJ regulations required the consent of the specific classifying agency. For example, if Durham wants to present evidence that’s classified or sensitive he doesn’t have to go to the FBI and get their permission to present the sensitive material. He gloves are off. The agencies cannot stop Durham from presenting evidence to a grand jury as a stalling tactic or a tactic to hide their illegal activity. https://archive.is/Fn0bw

  • There’s a metric ton of information I want to add about FireEye Red Team tools, SolarWinds, Microsoft, and all of the other hacking activity that’s happening. All of us think it’s China and that’s certainly possible. But when a husband is murdered who is always questioned first? The wife. So why doesn’t our country consider that this hacking could be coming from the INSIDE(Brennan, Clapper, Deep State monitoring Trump and team)? Until then, I want you to read this in-depth Bloomberg article about how in 2015 companies found that China had embedded chips the size of a pinhead to major pieces of hardware from Cisco, Microsoft, and many others. https://archive.is/CD9Sv

Great post. Having said that, what if the alphabets just refuse to cooperate? And does anyone believe that Durham is going to do jack squat if Biden takes the oath? That investigation will be wrapped up by dinnertime and the entire report will read: "move along, nothing to see here."

On paper only.

This means that nothing of value has been presented to a grand jury until 4 days ago. So Durham is gonna present evidence taking down the entire deep state between now and Jan 20th? I think not.

I posted it a few days ago - but Cruz spoke on a similar topic the other day related to another bill - telegraphing a similar topic. It was immediately trashed here. However it is a good tie in to this looking back at the words he used...

Durham? I'm not optimistic about this. Dude was assigned by Barr for this investigation and has done nothing of note. Trump even said he's never talked to the guy, ever, if I remember correctly. I expect nothing from Durham just like backstabbing Barr.

Yay!!! I've been wondering about that! Believe me, we the people can handle the truth...release it all!!!
