What they’re saying is that there is a potential based on a previous Supreme Court ruling in Wisconsin that stated there was a potential misuse of absentee ballots. It’s up to the Trump campaign to dispute each ballot separately providing evidence to show the voter didn’t meet the definition of “indefinitely confined.” That’s still in process.
Wait, this isn't the thing about the falsely 'confined' voters where the judge basically said, 'yeah, those are unconstitutional votes, but you'll have to track every single one of them down and try each individually," is it?
