It clever, its from the 19th Century, but the quote is wrong, Captain Parker and his drunk militia on the Town Common saw the size of the Regular Forces sent out, and that was enough for him to say- "Retreat"! Then a 1775 Antfia type styled a Son of Liberty took a pot shot at the Regulars from the Church, and got one soldier in the leg. The English CO said "FIRE, for Gods Sake, FIRE" From there, the shooting started, and Cpt. Parkers men fled, hell bent for breakfast.

Now you wish a source for this 'heresy' you shall have it. This writer spent 20 years with the US National Parks Service, Concord & Lexington, Mass. thus i KNOW my subject

We need a better definition of "fired upon" because we have been.

Commies don't do traditional war, they sneak up on you.
