But a rejection has to be supported by a member of the house as well as the senate and traitor Mitch has been busy making sure nobody contests the electoral count. And if votes ARE contested, then it goes to a vote by both the house and senate which is basically a dead end.

A rejection comes after Pence brings the slate of votes to the floor. This constitutional lawyer is saying if Pence goes with what he suggests, there won't be slates of electors for those States.
