Amen Fren! :) But remember: you’ll meet lots of people with more money than they could ever spend who are miserable ... and you’ll meet people with very little who are very happy.

Amen. I have a buddy who makes a ridiculous amount of money but he’s always chasing the next big thing because he is trying to compete with his millionaire cousin. I’ve never seen someone buy an 80k and get bored of it in a month. His wife complains about life too and their kids are a burden.

I have other friends who are just skating on by. They don’t have much but their marriage is strong and their child loves them.

I’m somewhere in the middle and am grateful for what I have.

Yup! You said it perfectly. I see so much judgement both ways but money is not the answer and is actually a cliché distraction from, for lack of a better word ...joy. :) imho
