It is a constitutional power. All they have to do is go into session with a simple majority vote. If they are arguing they need to figure out how to get into session, it means they are not serious.
well Pensylvania's 20 electorates are being disqualified, and Joe had 303- 20 equals 283 electorates for Joe. If Georgia gives trump its electorates and it is 14 or more Joe does not have enough. Trump wins! After the vote goes to congress!
