I've had full employment this whole time. I'm good with this approach. I don't need a handout. Just don't give it to people to "keep" them unemployed. The amount of $ people were able to get this year to stay unemployed made it horrible to hire workers, cause they could make more on employment than companies could afford to pay them.
Idk that has been my whole thing against vetoing the bill... I live in a tiny town in TN... I own my own business that has suffered from this but not horribly... But I have 2 neighbors that have worked at the local factory for like 15 years.... They are good people and both have kids and are both reeeeally struggling on unemployment!! We live in a small town and they didn't make a whole lot of money to begin with but now they have truly NOWHERE to go... The factory closed down for good and the only thing around here is Walmart and some gas stations.... They truly do have no where to go and are stuck... They can't afford to move and can't afford to stay.... So having a little personal experience with this and KNOWING these are really good people that do work hard I understand it a little more.... And if they took a Walmart job they would lose everything anyway so they have stayed in limbo on unemployment for like 4 months now... They just don't know what to do
The fallout from the BS scamdemic is so much more dangerous and deadly than covid ever could be. Economic depression is no joke, jobs are how we put food on our tables and roofs over our heads. It's none of the government's business to say we can or can't work, stay out of our business...
Should be closer to 25K per person who lost their job because of the bs lockdowns.
And not a penny to anyone who has had full employment this whole time.
