I mentioned to someone... One of the reps, in one of my personalized "here's one instance of fraud" messages... I mentioned that if you remove all observers and give me a ballot I like, I'll just keep scanning it over and over until I run out of time

The machines can scan thousands of ballots per hour. Multiply that by 5-6 scanners for 3 hours unsupervised.

But they supposedly did a hand recount. Wouldn't that have identified that sort of fraud?

I think it would have more to do with the ballots that came in with no creases and duplicated signatures. A recount just recounts those.
